FOR DEVELOPERS WHO LIKE TO BUILD
Build automated
videos.
With code.
Turn React components and JSON into videos you can render, repeat, and make your own.
Your free pack is ready above. Go deeper with the complete guide or extend the workflow with the code bundle.
const video = {
title: “Ship something
worth watching.”,
format: “9:16”,
fps: 30,
frames: 150
};
worth watching.

01 / THE SHIFT
You can automate a deployment.
Why rebuild every video?
The same edit. Again.
New headline, new product, new export. Manual editing turns small changes into another round of work.
Three formats. Three chores.
A vertical reel, a square post, a wide video. Your content should adapt without starting over each time.
A workflow you can own.
Keep the data separate. Reuse the layout. Put the repeatable parts in code, where you already work.
02 / THE WORKFLOW
Think in components.
Publish in frames.
Programmatic video brings familiar engineering habits to motion: reusable components, versioned inputs, predictable timing, and repeatable renders.
Start with one simple composition ↗Define the content
{ title, subtitle, color }Keep copy and configuration in JSON.
Build the composition

Render the result

03 / INSIDE THE UPCOMING GUIDE
From first frame
to a repeatable workflow.
A planned 13-chapter, code-first guide.
Built for understanding the workflow,
not copying commands blindly.
Make it move.

05 / BUILT FOR YOUR WAY OF WORKING
If you can build a component,
you can start here.
You’ll feel at home if you…
- Use JavaScript or React and want a practical new use case
- Build products, agency projects, or developer content
- Want consistent videos from changing data
- Prefer owning a workflow you can inspect and adapt
A different approach may fit better if…
You want a no-code editor, cinematic footage generated for you, or a done-for-you video service. This is a hands-on learning path: you’ll write code and run renders.
Basic JavaScript is expected. Some React familiarity helps.

08 / THE USEFUL DETAILS
Before you start.
Do I need to know React?
Basic JavaScript is expected, and React familiarity helps. The starter pack introduces the composition and timing concepts with a small example. This isn’t a beginner programming course.
What can I download today?
The free PDF starter pack is ready to download at the top of this page. The Guide and Guide + Code Bundle are available to pre-order, with delivery scheduled for October 31, 2026.
Is Remotion free?
Remotion has its own licensing terms, separate from this guide. Eligibility and paid requirements depend on your situation. Check the official Remotion license before using it for your team or business.
Is the animation above a finished video?
No. It’s an interactive browser illustration of the content-to-video idea. It is not a rendered Remotion MP4 or a claim about the future templates.
How will Bundle access and updates work?
The Bundle includes the ebook and access to a private GitHub repository, scheduled for October 31, 2026. Delivery instructions will explain how to provide your GitHub username for an invitation. Updates include templates, fixes, and compatibility work while the project is maintained.
Can I use the future templates commercially?
Check the product details and applicable license terms before purchasing. This guide does not include a Remotion software license. Third-party software, fonts, music, and media keep their own license requirements.
What is the refund policy?
For questions about cancelling a pre-order or requesting a refund, contact [email protected]. Review the terms shown at checkout before paying.
