Who to contact
This policy describes the information handled through the Atlantix Solutions LLC website. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you have provided, contact [email protected]. Please identify the relevant enquiry, resource request or subscription without sending passwords or payment details.
Enquiries
When you contact us, you provide the details requested by the form, such as your name, email address and message. We use those details to understand and respond to the enquiry. Please include only information relevant to your request.
PDF requests
When an email-gated PDF is available, we ask for an email address to process the resource request. The request record includes the resource, request time and the privacy-notice version. These records are stored in the website’s WordPress database. The configured retention period for PDF request records is 30 days; backup retention is handled separately.
Newsletter choices
A PDF request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A newsletter subscription is a separate choice made through the subscription form. For questions about an existing subscription or to ask us to stop sending messages, use the contact address above.
Cookies and technical information
The protected download flow uses temporary cookies to associate the request and download permission with your browser. WordPress and site-service features may also use cookies and technical request information to provide their functions. Cookies used for a download do not represent newsletter consent.
Service providers and external websites
Hosting and website-service providers support the operation of this site and may process information needed to provide their services. Following a course link opens the external provider’s website, where its own privacy information and terms apply. We do not process Educative course payments through the PDF request form.
Access, corrections and deletion requests
Contact us if you want to ask about information you supplied, correct it, or request its deletion. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you. How a request is handled depends on the records involved and applicable requirements.
